REFUND POLICY
Captain John will rely on the latest National Weather Service reports and local radar to make a cancellation decision. We will most likely head out in the boat if there are just light passing showers. We will not go out if there is a small craft advisory, winds in excess of 25mph, or any lightning in the area. Captain John will contact you at least 2 hours before your scheduled tour if the trip has been cancelled due to weather. If you have not heard from us, the tour is still scheduled for that day.
A full refund will be given for weather related cancelations or rebooked for another date.
A full refund will be given for cancelations at least 3 days prior to reservation or rebooked for another date.
A refund of 1/2 will be given 1 and 2 days prior to reservation.
No refund will be given for no shows day of reservation.
